Shipping
We carefully prepare and ship all orders with love and respect for the living seeds and plants we offer.

Processing time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Domestic delivery: Shipping times within Australia are typically 3–10 business days depending on location.

Shipping restrictions:

At this time, we are unable to ship to Western Australia or Tasmania due to strict quarantine and biosecurity regulations.

We are also unable to ship internationally at this point in time.

Orders placed with shipping addresses in these restricted locations will unfortunately need to be cancelled and refunded.

We package using eco-friendly, compostable, and recyclable materials wherever possible, in alignment with our commitment to the earth.
Returns
Because seeds and live plant materials are perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Seeds: If your seed packets arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Live plants, cuttings, tubers: These cannot be returned. If there is a problem upon arrival (e.g., damaged in transit), please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
