1. Do you ship everywhere in Australia?

We currently ship across most of Australia, but due to biosecurity regulations, we cannot send orders to Western Australia or Tasmania.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage. We are working on obtaining the required permits to offer international shipping in the future.


3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.


4. What if my seeds or plants arrive damaged?

If your order is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


5. Can I return seeds if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, because seeds and plant materials are perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.


6. How do I know my seeds are fresh?

We only supply premium, fresh, high-quality seeds. Each batch is carefully stored and handled to preserve maximum viability and vitality.


7. Are your seeds organic?

We grow and supply our seeds in harmony with nature, without synthetic chemicals. While we are not certified organic, our growing practices are natural, regenerative, and eco-friendly – in our opinion, better than organic.


8. Do you guarantee germination?

We cannot guarantee exact germination rates, as this depends on soil, water, temperature, and care. However, we promise integrity in every packet and provide detailed growing instructions to give you the best results.


9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
