Shipping & Returns Policy


Shipping

We carefully prepare and ship all orders with love and respect for the living seeds and plants we offer.

  • Processing time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Domestic delivery: Shipping times within Australia are typically 3–10 business days depending on location.

  • Shipping restrictions:

    • At this time, we are unable to ship to Western Australia or Tasmania due to strict quarantine and biosecurity regulations.

    • We are also unable to ship internationally at this point in time.

    • Orders placed with shipping addresses in these restricted locations will unfortunately need to be cancelled and refunded.

We package using eco-friendly, compostable, and recyclable materials wherever possible, in alignment with our commitment to the earth.

Returns

Because seeds and live plant materials are perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

  • Seeds: If your seed packets arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Live plants, cuttings, tubers: These cannot be returned. If there is a problem upon arrival (e.g., damaged in transit), please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
