Shipping

We carefully prepare and ship all orders with love and respect for the living seeds and plants we offer.

  • Processing time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.
  • Domestic delivery: Shipping times within Australia are typically 3–10 business days depending on location.
  • International delivery: Please allow 2–4 weeks depending on your country and postal service. Customs delays may occur, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any import restrictions.

Biosecurity Restrictions
Due to state quarantine and biosecurity regulations, we are currently unable to send seeds, plants, or plant material to Western Australia or Tasmania. Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will unfortunately need to be cancelled and refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding these important environmental protections.

We package using eco-friendly, compostable, and recyclable materials wherever possible, in alignment with our commitment to the earth.

Returns

Because seeds and live plant materials are perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

  • Seeds: If your seed packets arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Live plants, cuttings, tubers: These cannot be returned. If there is a problem upon arrival (e.g., damaged in transit), please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
